This swap is taking place in my garage. A normal garage attached to my home in Minnesota. I am a back yard mechanic who loves to work on my 1994 Mustang GT Convertible. I have no formal training, but have worked on cars my whole life. After weighing the options for increasing power I decided the Coyote 5.0 would be the best fit. Please follow me as I make mistakes and hopefully learn from them. Feel free to make comments, suggestions or just ask me questions along the way. Wish me luck!

SHIFTING GEARS
Here's a shot of the 4R70W from Performance Automatic bolted up. I bought the transmission as a coyote package from cjponyparts.com. It comes with everything you need including the torque converter, smart shift controller and wire harness. It came painted with a wrinkle black finish, which I considered a bonus. Talked to the guys at PA a couple of times for direction and they are very helpful and even acted like they cared about my project (refreshing).
